Cupbearer of Olympus
Ganymede is a Trojan prince, said by Homer to be the most beautiful of mortal men, which is reason enough for Zeus to have him carried up to Olympus, either by his own eagle or in eagle form himself. His family is compensated with a gift of immortal horses, a trade that softens nothing about what's actually been taken from them.
