Icarus

The Boy Who Flew Too High

Icarus is Daedalus's son, imprisoned with his father in the labyrinth Daedalus himself designed, and fitted with a pair of feathered wings built to carry them both off Crete. His father's instructions are simple: stay at a middle height, since the sun will melt the wax and the sea-spray will weigh down the feathers.
