Mother of the Spartan Twins
Leda is queen of Sparta and wife of Tyndareus. Zeus approaches her in the form of a swan, and the children associated with the resulting eggs include Helen and the Dioscuri, although ancient traditions disagree sharply over which children belong biologically to Zeus, Tyndareus, Leda, or Nemesis.
