The Winged Horse
Pegasus is born from Medusa's neck at the moment Perseus beheads her, alongside his brother Chrysaor, both of them children Medusa had carried by Poseidon. Rather than remaining a threat, Pegasus flies immediately to Olympus and becomes one of its most trusted creatures, carrying Zeus's own thunder and lightning.
