King of the Giants
Porphyrion is the foremost of the Giants, born from Gaia out of the blood of Uranus's castration to challenge the Olympians the way the Titans once did. An oracle warns the gods that no god alone can kill a Giant — only a mortal fighting beside them can land the finishing blow, which is why Heracles is brought into the battle at all.
